Better balance begins with improved posture, sharpened awareness and a stronger core. This 7-week program teaches people over 55 how to be anchored, upright and agile in an unpredictable world. Exercises are body-weight based, functional movements. They are done standing or seated in a chair. Every student receives a computerized postural analysis. Our standout feature is the video homework email you will get after each class - practice what you learned in the comfort of your own home. Renew balance, restore confidence and preserve your independence with this dynamic balance improvement program.

**Participants must be free of assistive devices and be able to walk independently.
