Learn Fast to Move Slow: A T'ai Chi Workshop

T'ai Chi, an ancient form of martial art, is designed to release tension and reset your mind using slow, controlled movements. Learning a complete form takes dedication and practice. For beginners, this program will take students through the postures of an abbreviated Yang Family form. The instructor for this workshop has an engaging teaching style which includes Chi Kung breathing, stretching, and Chan Su Chin "Silk Cocoon" exercises. During this session, students of all fitness levels and ages will learn and perform several different postures that are sure to benefit the mind and body. Rise with the sun and start your day right in Central Park, Doylestown, with exceptionally skilled instructor, Christopher Plummer.
