2-Day SAT Preparation Lab

Time and finances are tight. Prepare intelligently! The SAT is a test unlike any other. It is not the standard curriculum-based test, but a test of reasoning. Learning how to strategically and aggressively take this test is key to success. This hands-on practical lab is effective for students anywhere in the SAT or PSAT preparation process - whether they are getting an initial exposure, starting to prepare, or readying for the next official sitting. The first day of this 2-day program includes a seminar focusing on the key strategies of how to take this test, followed by topic-specific strategies relating to each portion of the test. Some of the major techniques to be covered include when and how to guess, which questions to skip and which to focus on, and how to prep independently. The second day provides the opportunity to apply the strategies through completion of a full-length, proctored SAT practice test. Within three weeks, families receive a diagnostic analysis of the test results via email or mail. A follow-up meeting with a college preparation advisor is included with the cost of tuition.
