This program offers extensive training in areas of agility, multi-directional speed, quickness, strength training, and stopping mechanics. Our experienced coaches are committed to helping athletes achieve their highest goals through hard work and discipline. Sports Performance Training is tailored to the individual. Join a challenging and highly efficient sports strength and conditioning program that will help you achieve your maximal potential as an athlete.

Three sessions available. Go once a week (Tuesday OR Thursday) or twice a week (Tuesdays AND Thursdays).
