This program is geared towards stretching the performer's ability in acting, movement, music, and writing through self-exploration by building a final perfromance piece that communicates the students' own extraordinary artisitic vision. We explore how art has created change in the world, how each of us can make a difference through our craft by using our own ideas and our own voice, while exploring innovative and non-traditional strategies and other varied theater tactics. The student will learn how self-knowledge and art really work together to form powerful communication, culminating in a student created piece of theater about something that us valuable and personally important for them to share. The focus is on the courage it takes to create!

Please note: There will be no class on Halloween, October 31st or November 28th.
