Bokwa combines cardio conditioning, strength training and flexibility. It integrates customary African dance with boxing maneuvers. The name is a combination of "BO," a term for light boxing and "KWA," symbolizing the traditional South African dance Kwaito. In this "basics" class, you will learn the 7 basic moves of Bokwa and put them together in easy to follow combos. Move, groove, and party your way to fitness in this awesome workou!
