Women's Street Defense
Every day in the U.S., more than 600 women are assaulted. Many of these victims are college and high school students. Don’t allow yourself to become a statistic! Sign up for this 4-hour intensive training seminar and learn how to protect yourself! Learn to identify dangerous situations, how to deter an attacker if you are confronted, and basic but effective fighting techniques that can disable an attacker. Taught by Mike Austin, a retired and decorated Police Officer and close-quarters combat specialist who has been certified by the College and University Public Safety Association.
"Women's self-defense is a lot more than just learning how to hit or kick. It's about knowing your rights and learning how to identify and avoid threats. It's about how you can use street smarts to get yourself out of a dangerous situation AND how to use basic, but effective defense techniques that can disable an attacker so you can escape. Mike Austin is a retired decorated police officer with over 20 years of martial arts experience and is extremely qualified in all these areas. You owe it to yourself and your loved ones to take these classes." -Sgt. Kroiss from Middletown Police Dept
